Mission Statement

To guide children who have Invisible Challenges™ in becoming self-directed, free-thinking, creative individuals.

Teamwork Wins Ltd. (TWW) is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization that provides answers for children with Invisible Challenges™. Invisible Challenges™ (ICs) include, having difficulty with basic social cues, spatial awareness, understanding other people’s intent, and conflict resolution. We work to develop children’s verbal and non-verbal communication skills, clear up misperceptions, and promote self-advocacy. These ICs are often seen in multi-faceted, multi-cultural gifted children. Children who are sensitive (Indigo) or have symptoms of AD/HD, Asperger’s, Dyslexia, emotional, verbal and sexual abuse, anxiety, and depression.

History & Name

In July of 1998, at age thirty-three, Adele Saccarelli Cavallaro was diagnosed with Dyslexia and AD/HD and Auditory Processing difficulties. Her hyperactivity & attention problems caused her to miss blocks of information in school. Problems with sustaining her mental focus interferred with her reading, understanding & decision-making skills. This difficulty also affected her relationships, her reading, writing, conversational & communication skills. Motivated to find a solution, Adele discovered that not one method alone was successful in dealing with her challenges. It took utilizing traditional & alternative methods to effectively help Adele to eliminate & cope with her challenges. After teaching in the public school, and then graduating from the A.D.D. Coach Academy, she had an idea to create an organization that would provide every child with an Invisible Challenge access to ALL quality resources. She called it “Teamwork Wins.”

Teamwork Wins Ltd. creates the foundation for change, awareness, and answers for children with Invisible Challenges™. With the help of many other individuals that have since joined the team, Adele & the team conduct a cutting-edge non-profit organization that serves children, parents & professionals, creating programs that work for children across the spectrum. TWW’s assist children with Invisible Challenges™ to blend with the world, without changing who they are and what they have come to bring!
