Rachael Simms, BSW, M. Ed., Educational Consulting Specialist & Cassie Cavallaro, Support Specialist, work with children with Invisible Challenges (IC) in school settings for TWW Ltd. Their experience and knowledge in assessing situations & working directly one on one with student(s) to bring about clear communication/understanding which is needed in teacher/student/peer/parent relationships, is cutting edge. This team excels in bringing resolutions to situations/meltdowns that might seem unattainable. They are the liason between the child with (IC) & the rest of the world. Their firm, yet caring approach allows for the student to return to the classroom & recess yard quickly, leading more of a functional, self directed, happier life.
