Peer Mentoring is a unique and highly successful peer-directed program for adolescents with AS and HFA. Our trained, peer mentors offer an understanding of the social expectations of adolescents today! Our Autism Specialists work as a team with our skilled mentors to create an individualized social-awareness-design for each one of our adolescents enrolled in the program.

Our Peer Mentoring Training Program is a unique and highly successful program for children between the ages 10-21. Our trained, peer mentors are trained to offer children with invisible challenges an understanding of the social expectations of preteens and adolescence today! These individuals typical possess the following qualities: assertiveness, compassion, intuitive and integrity. Our Autism Specialists work as a team with our skilled mentors to create an individualized social-awareness for each of the pre-teen or adolescents enrolled in the program. After completing program, a trained peer mentor will be able to work in our Connections programs, community peer mentoring and our Lego Clubs.
