Summer Camps

Students with their hands in the air

“Summer Camp Connections” is a multi-faceted, multi-cultural experience! For nine weeks during the summer, your child can comfortably connect with peers, without fear and anxiety, and learn interpersonal skills to lead a happy, functional life. This camp is geared towards children who are sensitive, strong-willed, unique, indigo, intuitive, highly distracted, or have difficulties blending in with others or poor communication skills or have symptoms of AD/HD, Asperger’s, & HFA. We help kids/teens (ages 5-7, 8-13, 14-17) develop skills so they can handle any unexpected changes that may occur in their world.

During this cutting-edge program, they will participate in various activities including, Lego Club, sports, art, music, and much more. These multiple learning modalities can help children understand their feelings, as well as teach them about cooperation and self-expression. Yes…meltdowns and conflicts may occur. These occurrences are an integral part of our program, we consider these TEACHABLE MOMENTS! The Connections Summer Camp teaches pre-teens/teens how to become confident in who they are so they are responsible for the development of their own inner strength and talents. Pre-teens learn how to be strong within, yet loving in their expression.
